Standard paper tests are carried out to assess the psychological aptitude of employees: to measure intelligence, concentration assessment, divisibility and attention metering, ability to perform tedious work, increasing fatigue, functioning under stress, evaluation of basic mental operations, assessment of speed and accuracy of perception, and spatial imagination, assessment of technical abilities, evaluation of speed and accuracy of action and thinking, assessment of concentration of attention. Personality diagnosis and anxiety level assessment are also carried out. After completing the tests, hardware tests follow.
